Conditions of Use

General

These terms and conditions apply to transactions between buyers (individuals and legal persons) in the online shop and gold line-europe schmid & co.

Products Information

The material warranty and product liability rests with the supplier of the products. The supplier has the right to repair defective products or to provide a suitable replacement within a reasonable time.

Contract

The appointment is made by submitting a completed order form on the online procedure. The contract is independent of an acknowledgment of receipt of order and effective only upon delivery of the goods.

Prices

The prices are inclusive of VAT in CHF. The shipping costs are extra.

Deliveries to foreign countries

Prices can be displayed either in CHF or EUR. The conversion rate is below the products. The shipping costs are extra. On export from Switzerland possibly incur costs for customs duties and VAT, this must be paid by the customer.

Return of goods

If unjustified refusal to accept the delivered goods will be charged the cost incurred. Our right to fulfillment of the contract we hold in such a case remain upright. Exchange of goods except in the case of faulty goods or incorrect delivery is not possible.

Complaints and Claims

Foreign countries

By deliveries abroad, the payment will be made by credit card.

Retention of title

All goods remain the property until full payment of the goldline europe Schmid & Co.
